Here at National Lifting Solutions we offer a complete Tower Crane Management package. We understand that no two jobs are the same, so we offer a bespoke crane management service.
We come to site to an initial site survey to gather all the required information we then prepare the Lift Plan, Risk Assessment and Schedule of Common Lifts you will need to ensure a safe system of work once the tower crane has been commissioned and is operational. We will supply daily toolbox talks that the crane supervisor will have to conduct at the start of each day as well as daily lifting accessories inspection records.
We will then act as the Appointed Person for the project. Providing expert advise, monthly site audits to ensure that the lift plan and all relevant documents are kept up to date, if any changes are to be made to the Lift Plan or any extra lifts are to be added to the Schedule of Common Lifts the Appointed Person for the project will be happy to assist efficiently.
We can supply experienced lift team member to carry out day to day lifting operations that will work in conjunction with the Lift Plan and Schedule of Common Lifts. We also supply Tower Crane Rescue Training, please click here for more information.
